Coordination, reliability and the highest quality of workmanship has been paramount to our success. Specializing in commercial interior alterations for over 25 years, we’ve been fortunate to gain an excellent reputation in this field. We’ve successfully completed large projects throughout the G.T.A. and all our projects are finished to the clients’ timeline.
We use only first class, licensed sub-trades who are familiar with this specialized industry. We are capable of handling a turnkey operation, including mill work and interior finishes should this be required. Communication between a client and a general contractor is key. In order to allow the client an immediate overview of the job’s progression, we set up work orders and internal correspondence. Should items be added or deleted during construction, priced work orders will be submitted for your approval.
Russell Showman
Owner
Born and educated in Manchester, England, where he served a 5 year apprenticeship in building construction, specializing in finished carpentry. After graduating building college with an advanced degree in construction, Russel worked for various companies in the residential and commercial field, gaining valuable experience while working alongside the best of European craftsmen.
In 1985, Russell followed his heart and emigrated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I immediately started working for a dental construction company gaining expertise in this niche field of specialized dental interiors. In 2003, he decided it was time to branch out on his own and Dentrix Construction was created. Since then Dentrix has gained an excellent reputation within the dental office construction business. Outside of work, Russell’s been happily married for over 30 years and have one wonderful son. He enjoys playing golf, walking, swimming and driving his classic car collection.
Marc Showman
Project Manager
Since Marc could pickup a hammer, he knew he would one day join the family business and eventually take over. Marc graduated from high school in 2018, took a course at Seneca College and immediately started working for Dentrix Construction in January of 2019. Marc is very adept at acquiring the necessary skills by working side by side with Russel and the dental industries top tradesman. He brings Dentrix vast experience in technology and has modernized the company to the digital world of the 21st century.
Marc and Russell have a great relationship, both at work and at home. They enjoy playing golf together, they compete both against each other and against others in some tournaments. Marc’s other hobbies include tennis, snooker, watching nearly everything on Netflix and listening to almost every genre of music. Marc continues to grow as a person and as an employee of Dentrix Construction with the plan to eventually take over the helm from Russell.
